John McPhail
John is a Scottish film director and screenwriter. In 2017, he directed ANNA AND THE APOCALYPSE, a Christmas zombie musical film that had its world premiere at Fantastic Fest and its UK premiere at the Edinburgh International Film Festival, leading to nominations for Best Feature Film and Best actress for Ella Hunt at the 2018 British Academy Scotland Awards. The film was released in the United States by Orion Pictures in November 2018. John is currently packaging his passion project PRESTIGE ANIMALS. He also sold his original series, OFF WORLD TOUR, an intergalactic rock and roll space romp, to Endeavor Content with Nayson Alae-Carew producing. John will also serve as director for the series. In addition, John is currently attached to direct an edgy and modern LADY MACBETH MUSICAL for Amazon with Free Association and Scooter Braun producing.
